On a Monday

Nicole and I are trying out our green thumbs. We planted flowers today. It was fun. It's pretty much the only household stuff I'm decent at. Or at least enjoy. My dad was really into his yard and I think it rubbed off on me. But that's cool. Just another thing I can do to relax.

Setting: Early A.M.

Matt: (roles over in bed)
Nicole: you should go to the gym or for a bike ride
Matt: huh?
Nicole: you should go to the gym or for a bike ride
Matt: (grabs the phone to see what time it is)
Matt: baby, it's 12:48 A.M.
Nicole: So!

Matt's lesson learned: maybe I should listen to my wife when she says we need a new bed!
